Amendments

If you need to amend information on a business license please fill out and submit the form below. Please note: Business Licenses are non-transferable. Changes to the physical location of a business requires a new business license. Changes to the type of business, service or product may require a new business license. Any proposed changes will be reviewed by the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office and will need to be approved before an amended license is issued.

Submit Amendment

Step 1.Amendment Submittal

Amendment outlining proposed changes is submitted either through the online portal or paper form.

Step 2.Amendment Approval and Processing

The Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office will review the requested changes. Changes that are possible will be approved and changes that cannot be made will be denied. 

Step 3.License Reissue

After the changed are made a License will be issued with the updated information.
