It will include structural requirements, define different types of mobile permits, what paperwork is required, the application process, fees, inspections and how to comply with California Retail Food Code.
Download and complete the "Temporary Event Application" in the Documents tab. Email the completed application to foodandpool@sjgov.org.
Staff will review your application and may contact you with additional questions. You will be notified when your application is approved.
