San Joaquin County will never ask you to pay permit or other fees by wire transfer. Fees can be paid in person, by mail, or through the online Accela portal. If you receive a suspicious payment request, don't pay. Contact us at 209-468-8004 to verify.

Follow the steps below to renew an existing Class A CFO permit.
Download and complete the "CFO Registration-Permitting Renewal Form" in the Documents tab. Email the completed application to foodandpool@sjgov.org.
Staff will review your application and may contact you with additional questions. You will be notified when your application is approved.
