Have an existing permit that you would like access to through your Accela account? You will need to register for an account within the new system.

Apply Online
Click on the Apply Online button to apply.
Click on the Documents tab to download and complete the UST Removal Application. When prompted, upload the completed Application Form along with any additional required documents, including the Health and Safety Plan and all required training certifications.
After submitting the application, you will be contacted by email within 24 business hours to pay fees.
A UST inspector will review the submittal and work with the requestor to ensure all required items are submitted. The maximum review time for closure plans is 15 working days from receipt of the adequately completed plan. If deficiencies are identified, an addendum will be required and the review will begin on the date of resubmittal. Upon completion, a written approval letter will be issued by the UST inspector listing the approved scope of work, required inspections, and any additional conditions.
INSPECTIONS
Permits must be approved prior to beginning work. It is the responsibility of the tank owner and/or operator to ensure all appropriate agencies have been notified and required permits obtained before any work commences. After approval, a UST inspector will perform required on-site inspections.
