CERS / Change of Ownership Consultation

In-office California Environmental Report System (CERS) consultations are available with a prior appointment at 1868 E. Hazelton Ave, Stockton, CA 95205. CERS consultations are billable at EHD’s hourly rate with a one-hour minimum consultation fee. The attached CERS consultation service request form must be submitted prior to the consultation.  To submit the service request form, please follow the step below. 

 

Application Process

Customers can choose to apply online through San Joaquin County’s Online Permitting System. First time users will need a valid email address to set up an account. It takes about 5 minutes to create a new account.

Step 1.START ONLINE APPLICATION

Click on the Apply Online button to apply.

Step 2.PAY FEES

After submitting the application, you will be contacted by email within 24 business hours to pay fees.

Step 3.APPLICATION REVIEW AND APPROVAL

Staff will review your application and may contact you with additional questions.  You will be notified when your application is approved.
