Have an existing permit that you would like access to through your ACA account? You will need to register for an account within the new system.
Body Art Practitioners must be registered with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) and shall not perform body art at any location other than a permitted permanent, mobile or temporary body art facility.
Click on the Documents tab to download the registration form.
Complete the registration form and submit the annual fee.
An EHD inspector works with the practitioner to verify that the form and requirements are complete and then issues the practitioner permit.
