San Joaquin County will never ask you to pay permit or other fees by wire transfer. Fees can be paid in person, by mail, or through the online Accela portal. If you receive a suspicious payment request, don't pay. Contact us at 209-468-8004 to verify.
Have an existing permit that you would like access to through your Accela account? You will need to register for an account within the new system.
Mobile Body Art Facilities shall not conduct business without a valid permit from the EHD.

Complete the registration form and submit the annual fee.
An EHD inspector works with the facility owner to verify that the form and requirements are complete, schedules and performs a site inspection, and then issues the facility permit.
