An individual or business entity can sponsor a temporary body art event. A registered Practitioner may practice at a temporary event for no more than seven days in a 90-day period. The sponsor must submit a complete temporary facility permit application and fee to the EHD a minimum of 30 days prior to the event start date.

Complete the registration form and submit the required fee.
An EHD inspector works with the sponsor to verify that the form and requirements are complete and then approves the application.
