- Installing or modifying utilities
- Excavating, grading, or paving
- Roadside ditch construction or modifications
- Roadway improvements
- Deployment of traffic control measures

Utility Encroachment

Utility companies that have projects impacting the County right-of-way can apply for a Utility Encroachment Permit.

Driveway Encroachment

Projects that are requesting to construct a new or improve an existing driveway.
